Hey Everyone,

We're super excited for our WOD together!

We meet every Saturday from 9-10:15 am. Come check out our awesome CrossFit WOD and have a great time getting into the best shape of your life! All levels of fitness are welcome with us.

We'll meet at Kennedy Middle School for our 15 min warm-up, 45 min WOD, and 15 min of yoga.

What to bring:

Running gear (shorts, shirt and shoes...or rain gear if needed)

Towel

Water Bottle

Yoga mat

A desire to have fun within a supportive group!

Saturday is our Free Community Class.

    Great workout led by Kelly. We focused on form to effectively work muscles. Also stretching and Yoga. I am recovering from an injury so today's structure was perfect.

    I have to take a rest. Sometimes when I over-exert I pull (or something) a muscle in my back and I have to rest until it subsides. I over-exerted last Saturday. I'll be back next week.

      Hi Kevin, sorry to hear that you over-exerted. It is very important to listen to your body, so be sure to get plenty of rest and gentle stretching. I hope you are feeling better soon.
