We all know that serious weight loss is about , "the journey - not the destination". But sometimes the journey can be lonely and overwhelming, so why not share it with a few others along the way? The Weight Loss Peer Support Connections group is a place where people making taking steps to change their life and habits can share information and experiences as we travel along our personal journeys. We will try new cuisines and share recipes that re-make old ones. Gain a deeper understanding of nutrition and find new ways to increase our fitness beyond the traditional (and often uncomfortable) gym workout.
