What are you hoping to get from The Toronto WordPress Meetup Group?

I'm trying to organize a WordCamp Buffalo for Oct. 20, 2012. I think if we can combine our markets we could get a much bigger turnout. I'm a professor at Canisius College, and we can utilize the college's resources as our venue. What we need now is more buzz about the event, so we can be sure to get enough attendance to make it worthwhile. I'm joining this group too spread the word to our Canadian buddies, in hopes that this event can have a bigger base. Thanks, and I hope to see you in the fall!

Yes, I'm totally for a wordcamp in buffalo, I've been thinking about that, just didn't think there would be enough people, OR how about the new thing thing that's starting a 'opencamp' Buffalo, email me I got some more ideas going on here [masked]

Hey ben,

If you want to help me schedule a meetup for sometime in january you're welcome to. Maybe if there is enough interest we could get a nice big Wordcamp eventually.

I'm looking for suggestions for places to host the meetups as well.
