I'm Ruth Maude, a Toronto Web Designer and developer of custom WordPress themes. I love WordPress and I take pleasure in helping others learn more about WordPress. I facilitate WordPress Workshops and enjoy professional speaking.
Are you an end-user, or a designer/programmer/consultant for WordPress?
I'm a web designer doing custom WP themes for client and I use WordPress for my own blog.
What do you mainly use WordPress for? (eg. blogging, personal website, professional or corporate website, etc.)
I design custom WP themes for clients and I blog on my site about WordPress and SEO and Social Media. I build WordPress online stores with the WPOnlineStore osCommerce plugin.
How much experience do you currently have with WordPress?
I use WordPress as my main design platform for client sites.
What are you hoping to get from The Toronto WordPress Meetup Group?
It is great to find other people with mutual interests. My family just roll their eyes when I talk about these things.
