Are you an end-user, or a designer/programmer/consultant for WordPress?

As a UX designer I have use Wordpress to manage the backend of a number of sites.

What do you mainly use WordPress for? (eg. blogging, personal website, professional or corporate website, etc.)

I use Wordpress for myself and my small business clients it's a great intuitive system for content management.

How much experience do you currently have with WordPress?

I have used Wordpress to manage my portfolio for the last two years. I have used Wordpress on some clients sites as well. As a designer I feel it is easier to theme and the backend more intuitive than Drupal.

What are you hoping to get from The Toronto WordPress Meetup Group?

I'm hoping to hear from other users about ways I can extend my Wordpress use. To learn about plugins that others are using and new techniques. I basically want to see what else is out there beyond my current practice.

I'm A UX designer living in Toronto. I love Wordpress!
