Briones Loop - approximately 5 miles

Hike rating: Moderate

Flat, downhill and one big hill half way through followed by a few more steep ones and some gradual slopes.

There will probably be many cows along the way...

Hiking pace: relaxed

Bring water for you and your dog.

To get to the meeting place there is a very narrow winding road.

We will wait 5 minutes after the posted start for latecomers.

Efforts will be made to keep the group together but each person will be responsible for himself - if you are unable to keep up with the group pace, the organizer may not be on the lookout for you. It is recommended that you obtain a map at the beginning of the hike in case the group is separated.

Sorry we missed you. I clicked on "map" for directions not realizing that took us to the
Alhambra Staging Area (Not Briones Rd). By the time I figured it out we wouldn't have made it in time. Me and my pups did Diablo View to Spengler to Old Briones Rd to Lagoon then Toyon Cayon then Orchard. It was great. Thanks for getting us up early. Now I know I actually have to read the directions.!

I'm going to take her on a test walk (or run in Coco's case) today. Don't think she can join us Sunday, but we'll see.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
