Salt Fitness offers stand up paddle board yoga and fitness classes. Our boards are specially designed for stability and comfort while doing yoga and fitness-specific exercises. We anchor the boards for yoga classes so you can concentrate on your poses without drifting. Our fitness classes provide lots of paddling, cardio and strength training. Our goal is to make our classes challenging and enjoyable for all levels of students. All classes are currently donation based with a suggested donation of $40.00 per 75-minute class. We meet at Ala Moana Beach Park near the lifeguard tower.
