This is a group for people that may be tired of the gym, running, etc. and are looking for a new challenge (strength, flexibility, balance, focus, etc.).  Members of this group will have a chance to learn about traditional martial arts in a fun, informal way.  Don't worry...by joining this group you're not going to get pressured to sign up for something and you don't have to wear a uniform or anything.  Just try this stuff and see what you think.   Sound alright?

You should join this group for one or more of the following reasons: 

1.  If you have ever been interested in trying martial arts but didn't want to sign up for 6 months or something. This is no obligation...no uniform either.  Come by when you feel like it.

2.  You like to work out, and you're looking to try something different. (Well...different in a good way...not different like the shake weight or the Gazelle from Tony Little)

3.  You want to improve your energy level, and five hour energy no longer has any effect on you.

4.  You have no interest in breaking boards, but do want to learn how to get healthy and stay healthy.

5.  You are interested in learning about ways to reduce stress, increase balance and clarity.

If you had told me five years ago I would be anywhere near a traditional martial arts school I would have said you were crazy.  I like to run, bike, golf, etc. and I always hit the gym.  How I'm sort of hooked on this stuff and I would like to dispel the myth that traditional martial arts is weird.  I thought it was, too...it's actually pretty cool stuff and it has helped me immensely.  I'd like to share what I've learned.
