This is a group for people who want live a lifestyle that promotes fitness rather than a fitness lifestyle. South Florida has hundreds of miles of inland waterways and exploring them on a paddle board or a kayak is a great and fun way to spend quality time with nature and "recharge". There is no better workout for your mind, body, and soul than being out on the water paddling. All skill levels are welcome. If you don't have a paddle board or kayak let us know.
