Join this group if you want to walk with others. Join us for a walk over the bridge, suggest a new walk. This group will walk, talk, explore. Are you tired of meeting friends to sit and talk. We usually eat and/or drink and just add calories. Let's meet and burn some calories. We will explore the town and discover places where we can make healthy choices. Get creative...suggest an idea for change. We can get fit and have fun! For most people, walking is a safe and effective form of exercise and you can start without checking with a doctor. However, if you are very unfit, are suffering or recovering from serious illness or have any other concerns about your health, discuss this with your doctor before joining us.
