Hi all, so this is a great way to loose the weight and support your local charities at the same time, the purpose of this group is to focus on overall fitness, by practicing around your neighboorhood creating that time for health, involving in anything that has to do with physical activities e.g, 5k, 10k walks etc... we also would be involving ourselves with other walking /fitness groups to keep things exciting...we also want to give back to our communities/society no matter how small or big...through donations either monetary or timewise, goods; this is the purpose of this group, we are definately a supportive Women's only group for women in their late twenties and early thirties, single, married or couples...this is a group for you!
