Cross-Training for Walkers: Strength and More with Coach Jack

So you want to walk a half-marathon, 10K or 5K! Have fun and compliment your goal with this 3-part exercise series. This is a group exercise for those who can commit to attend all three sessions.

Week 1 - Physical assessment. Week 2 - Strength intro. One-to-one exercise coaching. Your Take-Home Exercise Plan. Week 3 -  Flexibility intro. Plans and Goals.

WEAR/BRING: Wear loose-fitting clothing and gym shoes. Bring workout gloves and water.

    learned the importance of breathing, how to breath to lower your stress levels and how to breath while stretching after exercise. Learned some great stretches for every day life aches and pains, and also after walking and exercising. I enjoyed this three week meet up and look forward to our assessment on April 22
