Why does being healthy matter to you?

Working in the healthcare business, I should 'practice what I preach'. Now, at age of 70, I've kept my resting heart rate below 50 for 37 years, and seems regular jogging has been one of the most significant factors in current good health. Being healthy is a blessing we EARN by Exercise, Attitude, Rejuvenation, and Nutrition.

I did the Walk-with-a-doc in Abu Dhabi, with Dr Donald Ford. He was one of the originators, with Cleveland Clinic, way back then. Glad to see it's active in Denver.
