The Walk2Connect Meetup group is dedicated to connecting people to our most inherent form of transportation. We are simply engineered to travel at 3MPH. Our goals are to improve personal, social, and communal wellness through walking trips and program.
taking individuals and groups on a variety of walking trips throughout Colorado. Our aim is to improve various areas of connection and wholeness while traveling on-foot.
Our walking trips can range from shorter one hour 3 mile loops to 15 or event 20 mile full day trips - but don't be intimidated! We do our best to create a walking experience that is flexible to everyone's pace and experience level.
We hope that people can feel more and more comfortable walking right from their front door to the nearest park, trail, grocery store, or school after connecting with our group. Making time to put one foot in front of the other for at least 30 min a day is a proven method to combat depression, decrease blood pressure, calm the mind, reduce anxiety and so so much more.
