Early Bird gets the Pastry Walk

This will be a fast walk, meaing you can walk as fast as you can for twenty minutes then moderate for 20 and then as fast as you can for 20 minutes. Your metabolism will be boosted so if you want to stop somewhere for a breakfast treat you will still be burning some calories.

    I would've love to but didn't know, do we have to check out each event for each group to find out what is going on or is there one calendar that includes all groups?
