The purpose of the group is to get out there and exercise via walking and fun activities. All fitness levels are encouraged as we all need exercise to stay healthy and remain young!! So lets get out there, walk, bike, play a friendly game of baseball, kickball or any activity that involves us moving and working up a sweat and having fun while doing it.
