Dear Walking For Fitness members- This is just a reminder that if it is going on 2 months since you have logged into the Walking For Fitness Website you will be dropped from the group member list. *Please check in at least once a month---We need to keep our list up to date with those interested in joining us on our walks. If you have not been able to join a walk because of weather we hope that will change soon. If you can not make our times let us know what times would be better for you. If our pace is to (slow) (fast)--(just right) we are a great bunch of people so come out anyway.
