17 mile run

this is a "long run" for those training for a marathon. if enough people show up, we can figure out paces, but I'd say 9 min/miles for now.

    I probably won't be there for the next couple of weeks, so if anybody wants to borrow the already labeled cooler (and I still have tons of bottles of gatorade and water to fill it), let me know. I find the boost I get from calories and hydration is well worth the extra half hour to drop it off at the res, and I'm glad others have liked it too.

    This was a fun run. I loved seening the mist over the reservoir! I took it easy today and went for...almost...14 and I think that was the way to go. Thank you all for making this such a great experience!

    OK very true about sleep; hope this works out. I'm still planning to leave a cooler at the reservoir again so if people want to request anything or drop anything on my porch the day before to include, please message me for my address. Otherwise it will be gatorade, water, fig newtons, and candy. Bananas didn't really move so I probably won't bring them this time.

    i've updated to a 7:30 am start to keep things consistent. i think at the time i scheduled this one later knowing that the pats don't play until the evening and that the weather would be getting cooler! sleep is good!
