This is a weekly Yoga for Runners class held at Down Under Yoga, starting on Wed, July 3.
Unlike our other meetups, please note: class fees apply. Open to non-runners as well.
We will focus on building stability in key running joints, as well as developing range of motion for most efficient running stride. Class will also include injury-prevention tips, breathing techniques to build lung capacity, and meditation techniques.
