Holiday Party (Tempe)

  • December 15, 2012 · 6:00 PM

Description: Join a gathering of lots of your fellow Soles for a celebration of the Holidays! You might want to save your calories for the potluck dinner- two turkeys (smoked and roasted), gravy, lots of sides and desserts. I will be preparing Sangria again. Besides all the food, we will be doing our annual (16th annual) white elephant gift exchange. $10 limit. Recycled gifts are welcome too. We will also have a little bonfire in the backyard if it's cold out.
Meeting Time/Place: 6PM at Adrienne and Jesse’s House (Broadway and Mill)
Directions will be emailed to confirmed attendees.
Hosts: Adrienne and Jesse
RSVP By: Friday, December 14, 7 PM
Special Instructions: Diner will be at 7 PM. Please post what dish you would like to bring.

    Hi Everyone,
Here is the food list so far:

    Jeff- 2 turkeys plus stuffing
    Adrienne and Jesse- Sangria
Adrienne- I will be making the gravy
    Irma- dessert
    Susan- dessert
    Sunshine- Corn pudding
    Mia- Chips and soda
Aileen- can you bring the layer dip since we already have two desserts so far?
    Joni- veggies

Let's see... we are in need of maybe a salad, mashed potatoes, any appetizers, fruit or vegetable dishes, rolls, and alcohol to share such as beer. (Right now for the drinks we have soda and sangria, and I will have hot tea)

The white elephant exchange is voluntary. You bring something that is recycled or new with a value of no more than $10, wrap it, and put it in the exchange. Then we draw for the position of choosing a gift (1st, 5th, last...). It's a lot of fun! Totally your choice on what gift you want to bring.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
