We've opened our private backyard oasis for quiet 'clothing optional' co-ed soaks (check the calender for scheduled community events). Rejuvenate in the 6,000 gallon hot 'watsu' pool (heated to 97 degrees), sweat in the cedar sauna and dip in the 'cold plunge'. Relax and meet others in our quiet 'urban hot springs' here in Willow Glen. Light snacks (nuts, fruit)
and purified water are also provided. Please bring your OWN towel and water bottle.
The pool area is a 'quiet zone' (whisper your words). Inside our main house we serve hot tea & snacks where you may talk freely.
Community Soaks are 'usually' on Friday nights from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Occasionally we have Sunday afternoon or mid-week soaks. Groups are limited to 25 people, so you MUST reserve in advance.
In the effort to be sensitive to our surrounding neighbors, we have a few requirements.
'First-Timers' we request you have a phone conversation with Elyse prior to your first visit. She will explain the culture & history of our MeetUp, where to park that is appropriate in our neighborhood, answer questions & give general information and provide our address.
*QUIET ZONE: Please 'whisper' in the pools (talk freely in the cabana and main house).
*Community Soaks are ALCOHOL FREE and NON-SEXUAL.
*RSVPing IS REQUIRED. If you can't honor your RSVP, please remove your name on the 'attending' list to allow room for others to attend. There is an automatic waiting list on the site. Elyse has her cell phone by the pool during the soaks for last minute sign-ups (if available).
*PARK AROUND THE CORNER: We ask that all our friends park around the corner on Husted Ave. and walk the short distance to our house. Please, NEVER-EVER park on our street, especially across the street near our house. Thank you!!
*SUGGESTED DONATION: $25 to $ 20 donation per person. A donation bucket is in the cabana. We also set up PayPal for your convenience. With the growth of our little community comes the additional cost for maintenance of the pool equipment, etc. For those of you who are able, we are requesting $ 25. Those who are unable we appreciate your donation of $20.
