Calm Abiding Meditation (also known as "Mindfulness meditation"

Welcome to Warrior Meditation!  

 These meditation sessions are non-secular and available to anyone wishing to meditate.   All experience levels are welcome. 

During this session, I'll be offering 4 rounds 10 to 15 minutes of Shamatha Meditation (also known as Calm Abiding, or Mindfulness meditation).   I have been practicing this form of meditation since 1990, and learned the technique in the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism.   

 Each session will consist of instruction in the meditation technique, meditation rounds, and a free form discussion following. This is designed for anyone who wishes to learn/practice Calm Abiding meditation. Once this technique is mastered, we can begin work on the techniques of Insight Meditation as well!
