Poetry Reading at Portico Bookstore

This week a very good friend of mine, Milagros Teran, is launching her newest book of poems entitled "The light is my temple". I thought it might be fun to go hear someone else read for a change. Portico Bookstore is a joint project of the IADB and Fondo de Cultura Economica of Mexico, and is a specialized bookstore dedicated to the promotion of Latin American culture and literature. The closest metro stations are McPherson Square and Metro Center. I suggest we meet at the bookstore itself at about 5:30 pm. I will email my contact details to the attendees on Thursday morning so that people will be able to call me if they need to.

See you next Thursday,

Tina

Zip code is actually 20005, in NW! Had a bit of trouble googling the place. :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
