Due to the inclement weather for our last meetup I am offering an introduction to the Institute of HeartMath techniques again. I will be adding some new material and of course the background for the powerful methods taught by IHM.

This was an informative and great presentation on the concepts of Heartmath. This was my first exposure to this and I found it fascinating. The demonstrations were proof of the concept that the heart and breathing techniques can be used to put one in a state of tranquility. This also could be used to prove the theories behind other energy work.
For the patient to be able to see the techniques working on a computer screen will be able to move the energy work field ahead. I found the speaker to be extremely knowledgeable in the field of Heartmath.

John is a gifted, caring teacher. Most people traveled at least an hour to hear John. One person traveled 2 hours one way. Hearth math is energy work to teach us how to manage our sypathetic / parasympathetic balance. Just sitting near the frozen Potomac with the sun sparkling off the ice makes makes you feel relaxed. Great seminar!! Thanks John!!

Unfortunately I'm tied up with a family event and can't make this meetup. For anyone thinking about attending, but may be wondering if the HeartMath methods will be useful, I encourage you to join John and others to experience this work first hand. I've used HeartMath methods (no electronics required) and instruments to include the emWave handheld and the emWave Pro computer software system with clients, family members, and myself for years. I know you'll find this event well worth attending.
