After 6 years of being a nature & landscape photographer, I feel compelled to share the gift of photography with others!

I will be leading a series of workshops around the DC area, introducing you to the natural and man-made wonders of our region while teaching you the basics and advanced techniques of digital SLR photography. And, while I will help you build a foundation in the technical skill required of the craft, I will place emphasis on developing you as an artist: I will teach you how to become aware of yourself and your surroundings, identify the beauty (according to your eye), and use your camera to capture and share your feelings.

I hope  that these workshops will be valuable in not only understanding how to take good photographs, but how taking photographs can help you lead a more fulfilling life.
