This workshop will be given by Dawn, a certified Middle Way Meditation instructor.
Meditation is a process of mental development, which involves cultivating certain qualities of the mind supportive in daily life. These include having greater self-awareness and developing equanimity both of which allow for intentional rather than automatic modes of being. This workshop will explore the primary factors of living in the present moment, concentration, mindfulness, compassion and insight cultivated by meditation practice.

4:30 - 5:00 pm Farewell reception with refreshments
We will have farewell reception for Dawn at the end of session. She will be moving to another state next month and this workshop would be her last one here. This talk would be an inspirational and memorable talk for our group. Don't miss this chance!!!
