Our intent is to restore the governing of our nation to its Constitutional roots. We will use any peaceful means necessary to ensure the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness that our founding fathers designed for us, the American people, to enjoy.

The current Administration and Congress are the modern incarnation of the tyranny of King George. Time to stop the Founding Fathers spinning in their graves.

I've already sent paperback copies of The Federalist Papers (with The Constitution) to my 2 Senators and my Representative. www.patriotshop.us has paperbacks with cross-references for under $10 as well as copies of The Constitution. PLEASE consider purchasing one or the other to send to your Congress Critters. Thanks.

Iam sick and tired of these self righteous politicians pandering to new immigrants from poor socialist countries with our money. Stop the abli-outs, stop the stimulus, stop the hijacking of our republic.

Dave Wallace, Restore America's Mission!, I had a great show today, with the help of Lisa Miller! She was fantastic. What a refreshing personality. And was she fired up! I can't wait to hear from her at the Senate Park On the 4th of July DC Tea Party! We have a bus rented, we still have seats available if anyone is coming from the Baltimore Metro area! I look forward to seeing everyone there! WCBM680am from 5-6pm Saturdays! Home of the biggest Names in Talk!

One of my friends and I went to this event. We met at Union Station and then walked over to the rally. Independence Day is a busy time of year (with vacations, play-off baseball games, 4th of July parties, etc.) so the crowd was much smaller than I had hoped for. Let's mark our calendars for Saturday, 9/12 and have a huge turn-out!

Wife and I were glad we went to the July 4th event. We protested excessive spending and went to make a statement to our representatives. We uploaded some photographs at: http://www.meetup.com/Washington-DC-Tea-Party/photos/5603...

I was disappointed that more people didn't show up.....maybe only between 2000-3000 people in total. We need to get more people involved if we want to get Washington's attention.

Great speakers. Great crowd. Sunny Day. Great to be with like-minded people. Looking forward to the next one - hopefully with more attendees. Great to meet those who have been willing to put their time and money on the line for the cause of Liberty!!! Just wished we had even a bigger crowd and that we could have marched. July 4 as a day was too busy with other obligations for people.

There were between 5000 and 6000 people in attendance. Everyone enjoyed themselves and more importantly we accomplished a few things. We were successful is helping people focus on what effect we can have on our nation's future. Find out more at marchforliberty.org

It was wonderful to March for Liberty with around 5,000 other great American Patriots from across the country. We just need over 20 times more of us next time. In the meantime we have to organize and take all legal actions to stop Cap & Trade, Admin's plan for Healthcare Reform and to enact HR 1207 which will audit the Federal Reserve!

Where were the thousands that should be attending. I brought my wife and two friends. They were all moved by the turn out and the speakers. I, personally, was expecting a bit more. Not on the part of the organizers. The event seemed to be well planned out and executed. My only frustrations were the number of attendees and the venues. Although the back drop of the Cap Bld was great, I want to be in front next time, not off to the side in the trees. We will never get the full attention of congress or the media with a small or average sized protest. It's time for folks to stop talking and start attending. I also look forward to a tea party when congress is actually in session. Someone passed out a flyer to me about Sept 12th, when congress is in session. Stop yelling at your TV and get out and yell and protest in person. See you there!

My sister and I attended. Good pre-Tea Party music. Fantastic and inspiring speakers really revved the crowd. The way it looked there must have been about 2,000 Tea Party attendees and all were very enthusiastic and engaged and ready to take the next step. Saw lots of great slogans and signs and lots of people taking pictures. Very civil crowd, left the venue totally neat. It was great to meet other citizens from many other states, all of the same mind. We have to act on behalf of our country and Constitution right now to preserve our freedom. We all have to reach out to others to join the movement to preserve our rights and the country we love.
