Level: All levels welcome.

We will be joining the Chesapeake Women Anglers for their Fly Fishing Clinic. Learn new casting techniques, practice casting, try new gear and techniques (Spey, Switch and Tenkara), rigging, fly tying, exercises to better prepare for the season. This will be  pond fishing from a gravel shoreline. Chesapeake Women Anglers (CWA) has equipment to borrow but if you have the following please bring it: fly fishing gear (4-5 wt), bluegill and bass flies. Wear old boots in case it is wet and layer-up for weather.

This trip is part of a larger group so we will be registering woman with CWA as woman sign up to ensure spots. There was a waiting list last year so we can not guarantee spots for woman that sign up at the last minute.

Trip fee includes CWA membership for the year.

Is this for beginners who have never been fly fishing before?

You don't need to know fly fishing, but you probably would get more out of the clinic if you at least know how to cast some type of fishing rod.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
