I understand there is a hike on Saturday, Nov.16th. I would enjoy going but wonder about transportation. I live near the Friendship Heights metro and can meet a ride near any metro station. Please advise. Thanks very much.

I am one of the leaders on the Gambrill hike on 11/16. I responded to your email. We will add you to the list as "interested, needs a ride." For the Gambrill hike, we will be meeting locally in Gaithersburg. We don't meet at a Metro Station (no bathrooms there), but our meeting spot is not far from Shady Grove Metro. If you can get to Shady Grove Metro, I can swing by and pick you up before we meet the rest of the group, so that's an option.

We hope to see you out on the trail!
