Can you please ask everyone in your group if they would be interested in joining my RPG group? I currently have 2, and maybe possibly 3, players interested in playing. Looking for about 6 more. I plan to resume 9 MAR 2008 on a every other week schedule from noon through 5PM. The RPG is Dungeons and Dragons First Edition with "modifications". Please let me know if this would be an issue.
Perks if they come play. Free Pizza and Soda. And not the cheapy stuff either (Dominos/Pizza Hut/Pepsi/Dr. Pepper/Arizon Ice Tea). Pencils, papers, graph paper, and character sheets provided.
One note, I have a 85 pound German Shepherd that is people friendly. So people afraid of dogs may not want to respond. Contact Mark at this address:
[address removed]Josh is looking for players for his game in College Park, MD as follows:
Josh is looking for another player for an on-going game exploring the aftermath of the collapse of civilization in the face of a virus that has rendered most of humanity into mindless, cannibalistic shells. The action follows a small group of survivors, originally from Baltimore, picking their way through the ruins of what came before. The setting is a somewhat twisted version of the old World of Darkness, and it uses that system. A summary of play so far can be found here:http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?t=373272
The game meets once every two weeks in College Park, in the evenings (6:30 - 10:30 or so). Our present day of play is Thursday, but we have been discussing a possible move to Tuesdays.

[address removed]John and his wife are looking to join a D&D game as they would like to get into the tabletop RPG hobby.
My wife Lena and I have played many computer RPGs, but have never sat around a table for the paper and pen versions, so we are looking forward to this new experience. Hopefully we wont be such noobs as to mess up the experience for the old grognards. We are interested in D&D traditional (Forgotten Realms?) games, as we have a familiarity with that genre via Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter, etc. Click the link in 'John' above to contact John (takes to member profile, then click 'contact'). Kyle is looking to join a game on Saturdays. He says the following:
I'm willing to join any RPG that might be happening on, say saturdays, I'm looking to fill my mundane weekends ^_^. (preferably D&D or White Wolf settings, but I'm willing to play any, I've had experience with BESM, Shadowrun, Star Wars, Star Wars D20, D20 Modern, Gurps, and many others that I can't recall at the time, but most seem similar once you've stumbled over enough. I also have the books for the D&D and White wolf ones)Contact Kyle at:
[address removed]Drew is looking to learn to play D&D and also likes minis:
I'm a 25 fem that is interested in learning more about D&D, painting minuratures and that I enjoy all types of MMORPS (currently EQ2, but played EQ1, WoW, FFXI, and AC in the past). Thanks!Contact Drew by clicking the link on 'Drew' above (takes to member profile, then click 'contact'). Jim is looking to GM or play in the following games (He would especially like to find players for a game of Amber):
I'm very interested in finding people interested in playing the
* Amber DRPG
* In a Wicked Age
* Dogs in the Vineyard
* Exalted 2e
Of the above, I've got a fair amount of experience with Amber and
Dogs; Wicked Age is pretty new; and I'm a total n00b re Exalted. I'd
feel comfortable GMing or playing any of the top three; the bottom two
I'd only play, not GM. Better for everybody that way. <g>
In terms of priorities, I'd like to 1) *run* an Amber campaign; 2)
*run or play* IAWA; 3) Everything else is a fallback.

Contact: [address removed] (Dark) if you are interestedHarry is looking for players in MD for a Marvel Superheroes game:
I'm looking to GM a game using the Marvel Advanced Set but it's not necessarily "in or about" Marvel. Players will find out what I mean when they come to play. Group size is limited to ten players. Location: Beltsville/Calverton/Hillandale area. Game sessions are Saturdays from 2pm to 10pm with a dinner break at 6pm-7pm. Player skill level does not matter because this is a very easy game to understand and there are very few house rules (just improvements to the existing game).
