I am a federal attorney, experienced in agency law, contracts, and federal litigation.
What do you feel you can contribute to this group?
I am very interested in federal laws and regulations, as well as local and state regulations regarding the implementation of alternative energy systems. I have experience in agency law, and can assist in guiding the technical and creative energy of the group to fit within the existing legal structures relating to energy systems.

I have an immigration practice, handling cases within the various agencies of the U.S. which oversee different types of immigration to the U.S. My website is www.carlamcbeath.com. I am also familiar with other agencies involved in other areas of commerce and research and development. I suggest meeting at the Port Imperial Ferry terminal in New Jersey, at the Japanese restaurant in the terminal. There are a lot of tables, it is rarely busy, open all day and weekends, and right on the water. People meeting could order a soda or a sushi dinner, as it is very casual. It is also accessible to New Jersey members, and a ten minute ferry ride from the West Side of Manhattan..
