With the government’s “red tape” challenge, 2013 is set to be a bumper year for changes. Waterfront solicitor, Anthony Purvis will talk you through them, including the introduction of “employee shareholders”, fees in the Employment Tribunal, caps on compensation limits, protected conversations and pensions auto-enrolment.
