Let's get together and make a movie!!!

The story:
Emily Lazarus is a 17 year old, aspiring actress. Her mother is an alcoholic. She has a terrible relationship to her step father who tries to destroy her acting dreams. On a tight budget and with her broke boyfriend, Drew (aspiring filmmaker) she flees to New York City.
Along the way she meets her future manager, a 19 year old Jewish boy who lives at his mother's place.. her real father who turns out to be a porn director and heroin addict.. her step cousin who wants to get in her pants.......
The movie is about growing up, becoming independent and struggle.
It's a real life drama that doesn't use a "heavy" story telling technique but a funny, ironic one.

We started a webseries called "Screentest for Emily Lazarus", yesterday. It's a funny webseries featuring insights of the pre-production of the movie. The webseries will be used to promote the movie but is also a way to get new people together. Each week we have different cast and crew members.
