Santa Rosa is the largest city north of SF, how could we possibly not have a dedicated group of 20s & 30s with a pulse that want to party, have fun, and experience everything this area has to offer.
Maybe you came back to Rosa after college and your friends have scattered to the four winds. It takes a little more effort when you aren't living in a concrete jungle to meet new people that want to have fun. But we all have to keep trying---that or become an isolated hermit--which I think we have all found is detrimental.
Our vision of success for this group will be a tight-knit group of friends that party together, enjoy good drinks & good food, experience the night-life (and maybe that's a SF trip), BBQs, special events, concerts, bars, bowling, hiking, camping, river, bonfires at the beach, the sky is the limit! Most importantly we are going to take lots of good pictures and share good memories along the way.
3 rules for the group: 1) Be friendly and jovial, 2) Be your happy self, and 3) Expect good fun!
If you RSVP for a meetup, do please show up. Barring an emergency, don't let your fears of not knowing anyone prevent you from having what will be a wonderful time with friendly, eclectic new friends. NOBODY knew each other when this group began and over time we have all bonded each in unique ways. And if your plans change then just un-RSVP and its all good, because we will have plenty more meetups all the time.
Matt (The Architect. Southern Comforted) is pretty new to the area. Like many of you he was relocated from here for work (being from San Diego originally, where he went to school and ran a few businesses before traversing California northwards for a new nest). Spenser (The Devestatingly Handsome Irish Gazillionaire) just moved up here from a long stint (6 years) in SF as a club promoter/ party planner and lived prior to that in Santa Rosa and is glad to be home again.James is brand-new to the area. He graduated from UT-Austin last Fall and just arrived here in mid-March.
While this is a Santa Rosa group, we welcome everyone from all over Sonoma, Napa counties, and beyond! The more, the merrier.
