Good people,
We need your FEED BACK.
Flood the newspapers with letters.  Call them.  Develop a relationship with a reporter.  It's easier now - they feel safer.  Please trust me on that. We need to keep prosecuting the war criminals of the Bush Administration (some of whom are still in the Obama Administration) in the news.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY - call your DA and say: "I understand you recently received a copy of Vincent Bugliosi's book "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder" in the mail.  Have you read it?  Well, it outlines the legal case, step-by-step.  This is not politics.  We are presenting you with evidence of a crime.Just so you know: Vincent Buliosi knows what he writes about - he is a nationally reknown prosecuter (most famous for the Charles Manson Case and author of "Helter Skelter").  He has 105 wins out of 106 cases.  This is not speculation, but a viable case. I know you are a busy person, but at least read the author's approved companion (attached) available at this site: .  It is your duty as District Attorney to examine this evidence and proceed.  I will keep your actions on this matter in mind at the next election."
Here is the Massachusetts list of DAs to call.  Please report back to me on their answers.  We are following up and keep a clearing house of each and every DA.

Hi Everybody,

Because I've had a lot of help from a local web-design guy ... Presenting: version 2.0.

Timeout for shameless plug:

Looking for someone that knows what they're doing? Click on over to

and now back to our regularly scheduled programming.

We've posted 50 new pages listing the 2,200 prosecutors that received the book and Vince's cover letter as well as downloadable PDF files of all the prosecutors by state.

And a downloadable petition to print, circulate, and mail back to a local DA.

It's time for "Call Your Prosecutor Day." Then "Mail Your Prosecutor Day." And then "Circulate, Fill Out, And Mail Your DA The Petition Day."

As I wrote in the last email:

Here's where more work needs to be done. We need people from all 2,200 counties to download and circulate the petition. Everyone who's donated to aren't neatly spread out across the 2,200 counties. But following the Six Degrees of Separation/Kevin Bacon game if we email everyone we know and then they email everyone they know and then everyone downloads and fills up the petition with signatures I think we'll have it covered.

I received a call from Vince. A DA is "interested" but he didn't know if anyone from his county had been killed in Iraq. I sent the him the names of 2 soldiers I'd found.

So ... a nibble. We'll see.

Keep me posted on what sort of reception you receive when you call and mail your local prosecutor. There will be a DA Hall of Shame for those prosecutors who refuse to look at the evidence we've sent them.

Thanks to Steve Pizzo from for drafting the petition. Every time I attempted to write one it sounded like the villagers were gathering with pitchforks and torches.

Time to call. Time to send letters. Time to fill up petitions with signatures.

Think Globally - Prosecute Locally

Maybe my brain will recover and be capable of thinking new thoughts tomorrow.
