At this meetup WeBuild things. Small projects designed to be practical and function. For the purpose of being creative, learning knew skills, self improvement. More challenging than the other meetups. What kind of things projects of interest a power supply, light sources, electronics, building your own night light is creative project. Fitness equipment, a rower, pull up bars. Building the items is the reward. What a meeting would be meet in private, semi private place ideal group size around 10 people or less depend on how the first meetings progress. A place of comfort would be a bar(there's food and there's drink) a general meeting transit friendly, central located. There we meetup for 2-3 hours, and for a project construct an item. In case of a power supply batteries, wires, all that is needed, to construct a power supply, and build a power supply then and there. I run lead the non fiction bookclub group, and am interest in starting another(s) groups in the fall. Please Join New, Different, Challenging, Out side the box, worth effort

Why I do this. I building something on your own is a reward in itself. You learn how to Create.

I fiddle around tinker with items. My goal is to build pratical nice exercise equipment. I've built dumbbells, and if I get the time I would like to build more.

On the personal I work Security. And run the Nonfiction bookclub. I am trying to see if I can start another meetup.

Change in theme

Originally each meetup would have strick focus on one topic elecronics, carpentry, soldering the like. This for future meetups will change. Meetings will have theme and focus such as build your own box, and instruction of some kind. But the new concept is to develop meetup where you can come and build a craft of your liking during a regular scheduled meetup. WebuildWedesign meetup come together and build projects and crafts, as well as a focus on meeting up and build projects like build electronics kit. The purpose is to make webuild, wedesign a community where people caan come together and build on regular basis what they want to build and design.
