Our group will be traveling to Vermont for a unique winter weekend experience. The Essex offers spa facilities, culinary classes, free snow shoeing and much, much more! The resort’s restaurants offer innovative cuisine prepared by NECI-trained chefs as well as hosting culinary classes for its guest. The resort is 15 min from a cross country skiing center and about 35 min from a down hill ski place. Read more
