Sound Therapy – group session, Saturday 3-4.15pm

Sound Therapy is an effective method that uses sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls and the Earth Gong to successfully relieve and prevent:

• back pain and any sort of a chronic pain

It is a treatment that works like a massage with ultra sound on a cellular level. The whole body is massaged by diverse frequencies (low and high) that slow down the brain waves (in this way one starts relaxing immediately) and stimulate the cells to reproduce themselves (bone growth, quicker healing of injuries).

After one hour of Sound Therapy people report that they feel deeply relaxed, rested and recharged like they haven't felt in years. One treatment is comparable to 8 hours of sleep and because of the depth of relaxation and cell stimulation on the outside, people instantly observe their skin smooth and get rid of wrinkles (great anti-aging tool). Those who have undergone surgeries or have been dealing with stress or pain on a daily basis benefit greatly from this treatment. In certain cases after a series of regular sessions patients get rid of it completely.
