Wealthminds is a non-profit society registered under the BC Society Act. Its goal is to teach members the techniques of wealth creation at monthly meetings and special events, thereby empowering them to take charge of their financial futures and make positive change in their lives and communities. Wealthminds is a place to learn, network and belong without membership fees or sales pressure.

     Wealthminds has been in existence three years as of July 2011. It was started by Wendy Cheung in 2008 for the purpose of bringing like-minded individuals together to share ideas of wealth creation, teach and empower anyone (no barriers) who attended to embrace financial literacy and build a wealthier life for themselves and uplift their community.

     The group meets monthly to listen to invited speakers, share, network and explore investment opportunities in a learning atmosphere. Also each month the group hosts an educational bus tour of a Lower Mainland community(ies) visiting selected cash flow real estate locations. Participants learn first-hand how to identify and assess a property for investment. CashFlow Game® nights are hosted at frequent intervals and provide a fun, educational and social environment to learn the foundations of financial literacy.

     In June 2011 Wealthminds introduced its first chapter organization with the inaugural meeting of the Wealthminds Fraser Valley Chapter in Langely. Presided over by Chapter Presidents Leigh and Teriann Matheson, the Fraser Valley Chapter will provide a regional venue for residents of the Fraser Valley to meet monthly and participate in the Wealthminds education programs.

Wendy Cheung, Founder

     Wendy Cheung is an award winning investment realtor licensed in British Columbia and Alberta. She is a multi-location franchise business owner, the founder of a non profit education network called Wealthminds encompassing over 200 members, author of 11 books circulating throughout Canada and United States, one of the directors for Peak Performance Investment Ltd, a highly respected personal Wealth Coach and she also owns a real estate portfolio valued over 10 million dollars. She is a mother of a five year old boy named Avery, a loving wife, a visionary, an award winning musician/songwriter and a person that enjoys sharing the knowledge of wealth and spreading her continued love to help others. Many of her students become financially free, reach balance and happiness in life and become inspirational leaders. She and together with her real estate team will share with you the principles of wealth, how to attract it, how to invest it and more importantly how to prosper from it. .
