7 years as a professional service contributor and executive at a leading SaaS live chat / phone provider and 1.5 years managing a benchmark practice solely focused on evaluating compartive web and mobile performance.
I've always been interested in the impact of web performance on visitor satisfaction, brand marketing and online sales/leads. I've experienced the impact of poor performance on the top and bottom lines. With the enormous investment in driving visitors to sites it amazes me when sites are not prepared to support the interaction with the same level of precision and focus as offline channels.
I am focused on establishing and advancing strategic and operational business goals for SaaS web interteraction and web performance. I focus on building revenue and CSAT taking advantage of extensive VOC, data analysis and performance experience.
