Oren founded Correlsense with Lanir Shacham, Correlsense CTO, in 2005 and has over 16 years of experience in the software industry. In 1997 he founded Internative Solutions, a provider of knowledge management solutions for contact centers, which was sold in 2004. Prior to founding Internative Solutions, he was an IT expert for Vocaltec Communications. Earlier, while serving in the Army, he developed knowledge management systems.
