Hack the Building Industry

  • November 8, 2013 · 6:00 PM

A first for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction Industry, the AEC Hackathon is a non-profit event that creates on-the-spot teams of Silicon Valley technologists and industry stakeholders to shape the future of our built environment. Formatted as a traditional "hack," the AEC Hackathon provides a playful, exploratory environment where disruption and creative ideas are the essential tools for innovation. The AEC community faces fresh new problems that urgently need brilliant minds to solve them. Come help create better tools for those building our world.

This event requires registration so visit the website www.aechackathon.com to sign up and learn more. Please help spread the word as we need plenty of talented developers and designers to help this multi-trillion dollar industry and all additional proceeds from the event go to some amazing veteran programs.

Cudos to the team that processed the new york data. I believe that this was probably the closest project to the point of the event. Would love to hear some opinions.
