CubicVR or Three.js? I got into CubicVR, a nice fairly documented API, but the community size revolving Three.js is making me rethink the whole thing. Right now I'm stuck with 3D model importing [Blender-COLLADA-CubicVR or OBJ - Threejs JSON parser - CubicVR] - this part is really frustrating. WebGL mesh morphing, and mesh morphing with user events is what I have been researching now, but I don't see much out there about the subject.
