I'm currently recruiting for a Sales Engineer for a fun and exciting tech company in Boulder and I thought I'd reach out to you in the event you are
open to career opps. Here are the details:

Our client seeks an experienced leader to direct sales strategy in one of the most vital departments in the company. Because our client is a service oriented business specializing in high-end, custom web and mobile applications, this team member needs to be a critical thinker and understand
how to pitch technology solutions to business the problems of potential clients. While our client does not serve the enterprise market, they do wish
to grow into larger engagements across the US. This role will focus on overall strategy as well as outbound lead generation with both the sales and
marketing teams to create a healthy pipeline of quality projects. They hope to double their overall yearly revenue within the next year and a half.

General Focus

● Manage overall sales strategy with a focus on the execution of
outbound lead generation

● Manage outbound leads through the pipeline to either close or to
proper hand off points

● Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals

● Capture lead information in Salesforce CRM

● Work with the Marketing Team to identify new markets or areas of
focus for in- and outbound lead generation

● Understand overall trends in the industry and keep up with (at a high
level) the skill set of the engineering team in order to pitch cutting edge
expertise where appropriate

● Understand the competitive landscape and consider new product
offerings or approaches

● Ability to gain trust and convince prospects that they have the best
service offering

● Cultivate a team mentality across the organization

Requirements and Qualifications

● 4+ years of sales experience, with a track record of results,
preferably in b2b/consulting/services industries

● Online / SaaS / Cloud industry knowledge required

● Passion and high aptitude for technology and selling technology

● Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency

● An ability to learn quickly and adapt even faster

● Strengths in customer service, problem solving, and time management

● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

● Proactive and creative in terms of problem solving

● A logical and strategic mindset


Our client has been in business for 6 years but still has that "start up" vibe and feeling. It's a fun and young culture with a total of 12 team
members.

Compensation w/ salary and OTE is above $100k.
