Do you love being outdoors? Need a break from the gym? Weekday Outdoor Women connects active women on weekdays* during the school year for outdoor fitness. Our events primarily feature hiking and biking, with the occasional mid-winter ski trip or gathering at the ice rink. If you're already a hiker or biker, and enjoy the camaraderie of a group, then Weekday Outdoor Women is perfect for you!
Our typical hikes are about 5-7 miles long (2 or 2.5 hours). Bike rides range from 10-20 miles. Since many of us have school-aged children, we usually try to stay close to Howard County to limit our travel time (and therefore maximize our outdoor time!)
