We will meet outside the station at the pick up area.
If you are driving, please be aware that the car park charges at least £4. You may be able to find free parking on the roads in nearby Boxmoor.
You need to be reasonably fit and be prepared to be responsible for your own safety. Your host is not a first-aider. You must wear appropriate clothing and carry sufficient food and water. Helmets will be compulsory.
A road bike or hybrid bike with smooth tyres would be best suited for this ride and a low gear may be useful for the hills.
