Guided Meditation Night

A guided meditation is planned for this night.

--

Bring your cushion, zafu or bench, etc. Chairs are available if you don’t want to sit on the floor. We start at 7:45pm with a brief discussion (please show up no later than 8:00) then sit for about 40 minutes and end with a brief discussion wrapping up around 9:15pm. If you are new to meditation this would be the night you would want to attend.

Fee: There is no fee to attend but we ask for a minimum donation of a $1 for the use of the facility. The director of Garden of Yoga has graciously opened up the studio for us to use and your donation is given to her.

Location and Directions:

The studio is located at the corner of Brewster Avenue and LaGrange Road. Suite #17 is in the back of the building, second floor. Please enter from the staircase in the back of the building by the parking lot. Parking is available on the street and behind the building.

Celine, heading North on LaGrange road, take the first street left after the Amoco on Ogden and LaGrange. It's the red brick building on your left. Go left into the driveway next to it and take the outside stairs up to the 2nd floor. Enter at the 2nd door. If you have time to kill, the Library or Trader Joes are both good destinations. There is a Starbucks on La Grange Rd in town.
