Gravity - Imax 3D

Movie Synopsis:

Dr. Ryan Stone, a brilliant engineer, is on her first shuttle mission with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalski. But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalski completely alone, tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth...and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.

I have seen the trailer for this movie many times these past few months and I so look forward to seeing this movie! I usually don't propose Imax movies, but I have been advised that this is a must see on an Imax screen.

I really enjoyed the movie; it being in 3D on IMAX was fantastic; enjoyed the pleasant company, great group; and the serendipity of fortune to be sitting in the midst of R & R. I also offer my apology if my re-positioning in my seat was distracting to Rosemary and Rob, the leg room was very tight for me, I was wondering when we were going to land so I could stretch my legs and the rest of me ;)

In all honestly, I didn't notice your shifting in the least. I was too busy trying to figure out how Sandra Bullock's character was going to get out of her space-age predicament. So much peril. So many buttons. So little time. :-)

I got my ticket today . . .in the correct row . . . seat #17 . In a poem here is what my take on what the movie GRAVITY seems to be about: Your Course

When you are cast, in outer-space,
    Every breath, becomes a race,
    You look afar, into abyss,
With hope that you, will find that bliss,
A friendly hand, who'll rescue you,
So once again, the skies are blue,
Yes Gravity, has such a force,
    In outer-space, it charts . . .
