This group is to provide motivation and support for all women who are looking to release weight no longer needed. There is no medical advice or nutritional advice provided but the purpose of this group is to get the support we need to lose weight together and make some friends and have some fun along the way. Also we will exercise together as much as possible so that will make it even more fun and we will do low intensity exercises like walking for starters so that everyone can participate. Please consult your physician before embarking on any weight release plan. Also we can plan "going to the gym meetups" at any gym that the organizer can attend for free, just contact me and let me know where you would like to work out and if it's do-able with my schedule we can organize a meetup there. It's also possible that we could set up some "circuit training" at my house in Santa Cruz. I have a treadmill, rowing machine, stairs, bicycle to ride around the block, free weights, and a yard to do stretching in.
