Are you looking to lose weight? Have an interest in eating better and healthier? Do you get overwhelmed about what are the right things to eat and what you should avoid? Last year, I lost over 35 pounds and have kept it off all year long by changing the way I look at food. I am now inspired to bring others that are on a weight loss or better eating path together to share ideas on recipes, exercise tips, navigating the grocery stores and more! I want to organize various meet-ups where different topics can be brought up where we can learn more. I am inviting my friend and Holistic Nutritionist (Danielle DeCelles) to come to our meet-ups because she is the one that worked with me to lose all of the weight. She will be a member of our group and share the knowledge that she has.
